What Archer-AI is

Customer-centric AI for the molding floor.

Archer-AI is a new division of Archer Consulting LLC. It starts from scientific molding practice — not from a software lab — and builds tools around real plant problems. Customers help shape the tools (for example, through the SMOA beta feedback).

How we work

  • Built by a molder, for molders. Led by Christopher Marinello, a master molder with 40+ years on the floor.
  • Advisory only. Recommendations and explanations. Archer-AI tools do not change machine settings and do not replace safety systems.
  • Customer-centric by design. Every solution starts from a real plant problem.
